Usage of Foamed Silicone

　　1. Mix the raw materials thoroughly before use to avoid uneven distribution of some materials caused by storage.

　　2. Mix the curing agent and raw materials in a certain proportion and stir for 2-3 minutes to ensure even mixing of the materials.

　　3. Vacuum the mixed product and use it as soon as possible to avoid affecting the normal operation of production due to solidification.

　　4. It is recommended to use a curing agent: raw material ratio of 1:1, curing temperature of 120 ℃, and curing time of 13-20 minutes.

　　5. All tools, containers, and other items that come into contact with liquid silicone must be clean and avoid contact with compounds of phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S), and metal organic compounds, otherwise the product catalyst will fail and non vulcanization will occur.

　　This silicone should not come into contact with any other condensed silicone, otherwise it may cause poisoning of the curing agent, resulting in the phenomenon that the silicone will not cure. Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, bases, and other organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen can affect the curing of the adhesive. These substances should not be mixed or come into contact with during use.
